$20/night w/o Services* $25/night w/ Services* Plus guest "pass" fee (Annual or Day)
*Services defined as fresh water and a single 30Amp electric hook up (A dump station is available by the dumpsters)
Guest "Annual or day pass" Fee includes: Unlimited use of Hot tub Unlimited use of Pool Unlimited use of Clubhouse Full Access to Dance (Dances start at 9pm, Fri, Sat, & S.E.) Full Access to Charter House (Charter House opens at 11pm, Fri, Sat, & S.E.)
ﾘAll reservations must be held on a credit card.
ﾘNiether "Day pass" fees, nor "Annual pass" fees are includedin lodging or camping rates, unless otherwise noted.
ﾘRates are for double occupancy.
ﾘWeekends require a minimum two-night stay.
ﾘSingle-night reservations will be added to a wait list but not confirmed until 24-48 hours before the event based on availability.
ﾘGuests with two-night reservations checking out early will be charged in full for both nights.
ﾘCancellations are required no later than 48 hoursbefore the date of reservation on standard days and weekends & no later than 7 days before holidays or special events to avoid being charged one night's rate plus applicable taxes.
ﾘState and county accommodation taxes will be added.
ﾘCheck-out is 11:00 a.m. Check-in is 2:00 p.m.
ﾘPlease bring towels for sitting on as well as for use in the common (pool, hot tub etc.) areas.
