The Grove is a PRIVATE RESORT. Every person attending any of our functions or using our amenities must hold either a "Day pass" , or an "Annual pass", in good standing. Passes are only available on an annual or daily basis.

# MCG is not responsible for loss or damage of stored units. Storage is only available to MCG "Annual pass" holders.

ﾘ Cancellations are required no later than 48 hours before the date of reservation on standard days and weekends, and no later than 7 days before holidays or special events to avoid being charged one night's rate plus applicable taxes.

ﾘ There will be a $20 per night fee per extra couple staying in a rental with the primary renter. We have rentals with 2- and 4-person maximums. You must specify how many persons will be staying in the rental at the time of booking and reservation.

ﾘ All rooms have a refrigerator (kitchenettes have small size, full kitchens have full size), microwave and coffee maker.

ﾘ All reservations must be held by credit card.

ﾘ Guest "Day pass",or "Annual pass" fees are not included in lodging or camping rates.

ﾘ Rates are for double occupancy.

ﾘ Weekends and special events require a minimum two-night stay.

ﾘ Single-night reservations will be added to a wait list but not confirmed until 24-48 hours before the event, based on availability.

ﾘ Guests with two-night reservations checking out early will be charged in full for both nights.

ﾘ Appropriate state and county accommodation taxes will be added.

ﾘ Please bring towels for sitting on as well as for use in the common (pool, hot tub, etc.) areas. (Required)

Couples (Cpl) or Single Females (SF) "Annual pass" requirements:

1) You must fill out an MCG guest application & package on your first visit & supply a valid DL or state issued photo ID card. (this is required even for "Day pass" holders)
2) You must pay the full price of the "Annual pass" fee (listed above).
4) You must adhere to the ALL rules and policies (click on policies link in left column).

Unless you are an "Annual pass" holder;

2) You must pay the full price of a "Day pass" fee (listed above).

To become an annual (SM) "pass holder"; ***
* You must visit as a daily "pass holder" three (3) times.
* An "Annual pass" is $1250 HOWEVER you will be credited the $300 which you paid for your first three visits.
* The remaining $950 must be paid in full at the time of "Annual pass" request.
