Ø All reservations must be held on a credit card. 

Ø Daily membership fees are not included in lodging or camping rates, unless otherwise noted.

Ø Rates are for double occupancy. 

Ø  Weekends and Special Events require a minimum two-night stay.

Ø Single-night reservations will be added to a wait list but not confirmed until 24-48 hours before the event based on availability.

Ø Guests with two-night reservations checking out early will be charged in full for both nights. 

Ø Cancellations are required no later than 48 hours before the date of reservation on standard days and weekends & no later than 7 days  before holidays or special events to avoid being charged one night's rate plus applicable taxes.

Ø State and county accommodation taxes will be added.

Ø Check-out is 11:00 a.m.  Check-in is 2:00 p.m.

Ø Please bring towels for sitting on as well as for use in the common (pool, hot tub etc.) areas.
