Our hot tub is the hub of social activity. Early in the morning or late into the night, you will normally find friendly folks soaking up our heat while spinning a tale or two.

Remember, while clothing is optional around the tub, clothing of any type is forbidden in the water.

Swimming Pool

At the pool, you can improve on your all-over tan or jump into the fun. Water volleyball games happen frequently, and there's always room for more players.

Throughout the year, we have different events with live entertainment poolside.  For those other days and nights, we have the stereo going and/or the game playing on the TVs.

Dining Hall

The clubhouse doubles as a dining hall.  A continental breakfast is free for all guests in rental lodging; donations are accepted from other guests and visitors.   We provide the opportunity to order a dinner meal Saturday night from a fine restaurant in Cleveland.  Meals must be ordered by 3 p.m. and will be picked up and brought to the dining hall by 6 p.m. 

Laundry

We even have a laundry on the grounds -- just one more of the many amenities provided to make your stay convenient and pleasurable.

Charter House

The Charter House is an on-premise house set up just for lifestyle activities. Think of it as a large, no-pressure house party. Visiting the Charter House is free for any of our paid guests/"pass holders" at any time while it is open. The house normally opens every Friday and Saturday night at 11 p.m. and closes after the last guest has left, sometimes not until breakfast time the following day. The Charter House always has a very laidback, no-pressure atmosphere, and the Grove's NO MEANS NO policy is very strictly enforced at all times. We strive for this to be a place where everyone can come to fulfill fantasies in a relaxed and safe setting.

The upstairs is a typical home setting with one major exception. There is a living room/dining room/kitchen, a screened porch for smokers' use, a bathroom (with shower) ... and the upstairs bedroom contains a massive platform group bed capable of accommodating a large number of folks at any time.  The upstairs is mainly for gathering and hanging out, socializing, etc... Not to worry, there's plenty of seating all around for those voyeuristic or nervous guests. First-timers to the Grove find the upstairs at the Charter House a good relaxing place to start on a party night.

Downstairs can hardly be described. There is another large group room, with a row of beds.  There's also a "dungeon" complete with swing, spanking bench, and a cross to be disciplined on. There is even a jail cell for those being punished and only permitted to watch what's going on in front of them.  The dungeon can accommodate quite a few people who enjoy watching, participating and/or being watched.

Two individual rooms are also available with locking doors for those guests who like to thrive on the sexual energy of the party but prefer a little privacy during "the act." These two rooms also have windows with blinds just in case those who are inside enjoy a bit of exhibitionism.

When you visit the Grove, be sure to visit the Charter House. Even if you aren't into the lifestyle, you can't imagine how sexy you'll feel when you're there.

Clubhouse

The most popular event each week is the dance, which usually will have a special theme appropriate for that weekend. Dress in theme costume, dress down, or don't dress at all as we dance the night away. Check out our events for special theme weekends.
